Weizen/Weissbier

Description:

An extremely drinkable summer wheat beer. Darker than you'd expect. Probably more highly hopped than a typical wheat. And a whole lotta wheat.

Oh... this is a 10 gallon batch (really 11gals... but I loose about a gallon in the bottom of my fermenters)

Ingredients:

  • 15 lbs Wheat Malt
  • 3 lbs Munich Malt
  • 2 lbs Aromatic Malt
  • 2 oz Kent Goldings
  • 2 oz Willamette
  • SafAle English Ale
