This was perhaps the best stout I've ever made. Unfortunately, it can't be made exactly again because Edme changed the yeast strain after I made this one. Good memories tho'.

  • 8 lbs 15.4 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 8.7 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.3 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Cluster [7.0%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Williamette [4.8%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Williamette [4.8%] - Boil 6 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 lbs - Oats (Boil 0 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Edme Ale Yeast (Edme #-) (Yeast)
