Description:

Color and clarity are perfect. Nice and full thick white head that lingers. Good balance of clove and banana. Maybe leans to the banana side but not much. Increased Pils and malted wheat by 1 lb each to improve ETOH level. Could split batch and boil 1/2 with diff hops and ferment with 1056 for American Wheat.

  • 3.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Weihenstephan Weizen (Wyeast Labs #3068) (Yeast)
