Brewing again on 12-8-13. Too good not to rebrew

Ingredients:

  • 15 lbs 8.0 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs - Munich Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Victory Malt (biscuit) (Briess) (28.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Bravo [14.2%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Bravo [14.2%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 2.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.9 oz - Amarillo Gold [6.9%] - Boil 2 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Burton Ale (White Labs #WLP023) (Yeast)
  • 1 pkgs - Mangrove Jack's Burton Ale M79 (Mangrove Jacks #) (Yeast)

Very good recipe. Can't go wrong brewing this one. Even my wife and her "hate's IPA" friends like it too. Nothing but compliments. Re-brewed. My brother brewed it too. Same story all around.
