Description:

Fermented perfectly. High sulfur odor from the lager yeast. Excellent color, complex flavor. May need to age for a good 30 days+ to obtain full flavor profile desired.

  • 1.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.8 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Steep 0 min (Hops)

Really nice beer. Deep red and crystal clear. For a common ale this beer is ultra hoppy with a nice bready character. I think you'll enjoy it. The california lager yeast makes this beer real smooth and clear.
