Very light ale with very light fruit yet give it a month in the bottle and the flavor is unbelieveable.


  • 1 lb carapils malt
  • 6 lbs gold malt extract
  • 2 oz cascade hops
  • 6 lbs blackberries
  • priming sugar
  • munton's dry ale yeast

Primary Ferment: 4 days
Secondary Ferment: 2 weeks

Mash carapils for 45 min at 155
add gold malt and 1 oz cascade
with 10 minutes left add black berries
5 mins left add 1 oz cascade
remove from heat and teabag blackberries (that you put in a bag right?)
for about 5 mins
chill and pitch yeast
