Added the cherry extract to the bottling bucket and transfered the beer on top of the cherry extract. After the beer was all transferred took a sample off. The beer has an aromatic smell of cherry's but not over powering. Even though the beer was flat and warm, the sample tasted and smelled outstanding. After the beer has conditioned it should be better than as stated above


  • 10 lbs 9.5 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 11.8 oz - Caravienne Malt (22.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6.5 oz - Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) (Yeast)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Dry Hop 7 days (Hops)
  • 2.00 oz - Cherry Extract (Bottling 5 min) (Misc)
