Description:

The first version was 1oz at each step of Citra and it was a slight bit too much. Tapered down to 0.75oz and will try this for the level of strength. It not over powering.

  • 7 lbs 8.0 oz - White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caravienne Malt (22.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Belgian Wit Ale (White Labs #WLP400) (Yeast)
