SG @ 1.1013, bottling day. Has perhaps a bit too dry a finish, but otherwise excellent. Definitely on the high end of the SRM scale, but should still be ok.

  • 10 lbs - Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 8.0 oz - Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Caravienne Malt (22.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Styrian Goldings [5.4%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Saaz [2.4%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Saaz [3.8%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 0.25 oz - Coriander Seed (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
