Beer Style: Belgian Tripel  (18C)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 3 US gallons

Belgian Tripel
Beer Color

So far so good after racking. The fruity esters of the original triple are very evident. But very little alcohol aromas are present unlike the original. Haven't decided if this is good or bad yet.
