Decent beer. Would like to make it a bit maltier next time. Yeast esters weren't as noticable as I had hoped.

  • 2.00 tsp - Calcium Chloride (Mash 60 min) (Misc)
  • 1.00 tsp - Salt (Mash 60 min) (Misc)
  • 15 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.2 oz - Goldings, East Kent [6.4%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Challenger [6.7%] - Boil 40 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Goldings, East Kent [6.4%] - Boil 40 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Challenger [6.7%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Goldings, East Kent [6.4%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
