Description:

Double IPA with very complex malt flavors that are well matched by very tropical and fruity aromas and flavors from the large additions of Citra hops. Great head retention and clarity.   • 2 lbs 11.2 oz - Crystal, Extra Dark (Simpsons) (160.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 2.3 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 11.4 oz - De-Bittered Black Malt (Dingemans) (550.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 8.0 oz - Milk Sugar (Lactose) (0.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
