Description:

I add the honey to the cooled wort. Dissolve in maximum temperature of 30 celsius to maintain the honey's properties

  • 1.1 oz - Carafa II (412.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Galena [12.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.32 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.8 oz - Hallertauer [4.8%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Bohemian Lager (Wyeast Labs #2124) (Yeast)
  • 1 lbs 1.6 oz - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
