[billp: co-brewer] Mo bitter AND mo better. Tasted day 35. Pours orange with a brown tinge, fine carbonation. Leads with a Centennial nose and light fruit--ideal! Solid bitterness, more so than the original, pine resin, then balanced dry bitter finish. More satisfying than 21st Amendment. By comparison it's IBU is +8 and but its ABV is merely +0.3 ABV. An excellent showcase of Cascade / Centennial / Simcoe.
