Beer Style: Belgian Golden Strong Ale (18D)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5.94 US gallons

Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Beer Color

Description:

Duvel clone based on the Clone Brews plus some input from How to Brew Like a Monk. Second pitch of yeast + primer into secondary is key to getting this to ferment dry (below 1.010). Takes a while to clear. Recommend secondary for best results, at least 2 weeks. Used Murphy + Sons Allkleer plus Auxilliary finnings. End result is incredibly close to the original.
