Description:

Super variation on the Zombie Dust theme. Denny's Favourite is a great yeast, need to use it more often. Strong fermenter and gives a very unique flavour to the finished beer. A seemingly impossible quantity of hops go in, but it works. Perfect!

Ingredients:

  • 5.94 gal - Le Mesnil Germain (Water)
  • 12 lbs 2.0 oz - Pale Ale Malt (organic) (2.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 5.2 oz - Munich Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 10.6 oz - Biscuit Malt (27.9 SRM) (Grain)
  • 10.6 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.8 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.7 oz - Citra [12.4%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.1 oz - Citra [12.4%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.1 oz - Citra [12.4%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
