Very very clean…the ladies said this is akin to Bud Light, which is what we were going for somewhat. An approachable beer for those who say they don't like craft.

  • 16.25 gal - Blonde Water Version 1 (Water)
  • 9.60 g - Calcium Chloride (Mash 60 min) (Misc)
  • 2.00 ml - Phosphoric Acid (Mash 0 min) (Misc)
  • 11 lbs - Brewers Malt 2-Row (Briess) (1.8 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Corn - Yellow, Flaked (Briess) (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Dextrose (Briess) (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.2 oz - Hallertauer Hersbrucker [2.6%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 2 pkgs - Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) (Yeast)
  • 0.20 tsp - Yeast Nutrient (Primary 3 days) (Misc)
