Batch 1: Best ever. A bit toodark. Thick, and sweet. Could be lightened a bit and still fit in the style (maybe it'd be more refreshing). All around winner, everybody loves it.

  • 8 lbs 8.0 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 8.0 oz - Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Warrior [16.7%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Millenium [15.9%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 lbs - Unsweetened Organic Coconut Flakes (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Cascade [7.3%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Willamette [5.3%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
