Sample from primary on 6/8/13 was very clear with great color. Gentle bitterness with mild hop aroma. Clean bitterness aftertaste.

  • 1 lbs 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.7 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.6%] - Boil 90 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Ahtanum [4.6%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1.2 oz - Ahtanum [4.6%] - Steep 20 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Dry English Ale (White Labs #WLP007) (Yeast)
