Beer Style: American IPA (14B)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5.02 US gallons

American IPA
Beer Color

Description:

Distinct galangal aroma, slightly over - sweet. Would make again with less body and possibly add one birds eye chilli in the last 10 mins of boil. Lager malt would work well. Could also add lime juice for extra tartness or increase the citra dry hopping. I think amarillo would also do well. A very good beer, interesting taste.
