This recipe is from Kal @ electric brewery .com and it came out perfect. I may bump the simcoe a bit, or maybe ad a shot of Citra at the end.

  • 3 lbs - Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [12.3%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [12.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [12.2%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Simcoe [12.2%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
