This is a really strong American Pale Ale with subtile honey aroma and citrus notes.

Ingredients:

  • 6 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 8.0 oz - Munich Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
