Nice flavor that developed over time but a little thin and one dimensional. Try adding additional hop during dry hopping. Similars would be Cascade and Columubs, more citrus could be Amarillo, Simcoe, or maybe even small amount of Citra

  • 0.5 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.3 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
