I brewed this in a 10 Gallon batch. I added 16 sliced Jalapenos into the fermenter after 1 week. I left the jalapenos in the fermenter for 2 days. This added just enough heat and just the perfect amount of aroma. I think this turned out to be a perfect bablance for this beer.
