  • 0.4 oz - Challenger [8.1%] - Boil 120 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Styrian Goldings [5.2%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Saaz [4.2%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.25 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Belgian Strong Ale (Wyeast Labs #1388) (Yeast)

This one is a lovely clone of Kwak. It just keeps getting better with age.Malty and warm but not overly alcoholic tasting.
