  • 8.0 oz - English Carastan-Toffee, light toast (33.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.6 oz - Challenger [5.1%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 2.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 2.1 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.3%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)

This turned out great. Made a second batch. Pretty rare for me.Second 10 gallon batch was awesome. This is one of my favorite recipes.
