Description:

Very strong citrus arroma, well balanced with some sweetness and dry finish. Color is amber, slightly cloudy. Scored a 41 and won a Bronze medal at April 2013 CASK interclub competition.

  • 6 lbs 9.6 oz - LME Golden Light (Briess) [Boil for 60 min] (4.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract [Boil for 20 min] (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Steep 0 min (Hops)
