Description:

Ferment finished just a little on the high side but tastes like a clean wheat. Racked onto 3 cups of fresh squeezed watermelon juice.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs 4.0 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Bel (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs 4.0 oz - Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6.4 oz - Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3.2 oz - Acid Malt (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.8 oz - Willamette [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Safale American (DCL/Fermentis #US-05) (Yeast)
  • 1 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
