Big rich tropical fruit on the nose followed by grapefruit and then a lingering bitterness. Maybe only 1/2 oz of Cascade at bittering?

  • 12.0 oz - Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Galaxy [14.0%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Mosaic [12.7%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1.5 oz - Galaxy [14.0%] - Steep 0 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Mosaic [12.7%] - Steep 0 min (Hops)

I made a simular brew,cascade at .5 30min
Galaxy at.05 15 min
Moasic at .5 15
Dry hop 1oz each galaxy mosaic
More fruit flavor ,smooth linger
It's one of my favorites..
