Marries the flavors of belgian fermentation with American hops and hop aroma. More brett character develops with age. This is one of the best beers I've ever brewed.

  • 8.0 oz - Briess Carapils (Dextrin) (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Acidulated (Weyermann) (1.8 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Falconers Flight [11.4%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
