Description:

For the honey, I first boiled about 1-1/2 cups water then let it cool to about 80F then disolved the honey in that. Once wort chiller brought wort to about 75F I added in the disolved honey/water mixture.

  • 1.0 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1 lbs - Corn Sugar (Dextrose) [Boil for 15 min] (0.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
