Beer Style: Classic Rauchbier  (22A)
Recipe Type: partial mash

Classic Rauchbier
Beer Color

1 Feb. Light bodied beer. Slight bitterness which is odd because the style guide says it is below normal bitterness range. Noticeable but light smoked flavor. Would add more rauchmalz.
