A better than average beer. Very drinkable. Not sweet. Bitterness is present but a little too European/Halletau for my taste. Use something other than the Spalt next time. Tweak the specialty malts a bit also. It may be the yeast too. Not a fan of

  • 0.2 oz - Select Spalt [2.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Saaz [6.8%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Select Spalt [2.0%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Saaz [6.8%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
