Simply amazing. One of the best I've made. Crisp, clean, with a bite. Nice bitterness throughout. Well attenuated. Slight sweetness. Great hop aroma.


  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Wheat Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Galena [12.8%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Citra [11.1%] - Boil 25 min (Hops)
