Description:

Decent beer but has a bready aftertaste. Prefer the Wyeast Kolsch to this one. Not sure about Sorachi Ace because there was no taste. Could probably use Saaz without a problem.

  • 7 lbs 8.0 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 4.0 oz - Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Sorachi Ace [11.1%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Sorachi Ace [11.1%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Sorachi Ace [11.1%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - German Ale/Kolsch (White Labs #WLP029) (Yeast)
  • 8.0 oz - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
