Description:

Absolutely great tasting beer. Nice pale ale. The yeast is clean and hightlights the hops just like the Kolsch yeast. Really hoppy. I could back off just a pinch to make it even more drinkable but this is really god.

Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs - Briess Organic Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 8.0 oz - Rahr White Wheat Malt (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Briess Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Galena [12.8%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Citra [11.1%] - Boil 25 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Citra [11.1%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - PacMan (Wyeast #1764) (Yeast)
