An offshoot of Fat Suzy. Great tasting, citrusy beer. Best. long-lasting head of any beer I've ever made. Do again exactly as is. Outstanding beer.

  • 1 lbs 8.0 oz - White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Rye Malt (4.7 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Cascade [7.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Citra [12.3%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.4 oz - Cascade [7.5%] - Boil 25 min (Hops)
  • 0.4 oz - Citra [12.3%] - Boil 25 min (Hops)
