Description:

This is a good clean ale. Just a hint of bitterness and clean tasting with a nice amout of body and color. Very nice. Let's remove the Rye and add a 1 pd. of honey malt next time.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs 8.0 oz - Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 15.9 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) UK (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 8.0 oz - Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 16.0 oz - Rye Malt (4.7 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.7 oz - Sterling [7.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Saaz [3.9%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Sterling [6.0%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - American Ale Yeast Blend (White Labs #WLP060) (Yeast)
