Description:

Good beer. Different tasting malt; might be the rye. Could back off a half pound on the rye. Too dark. Eliminate the roasted barely. Use a 1.25 of 80L crystal and get rid of the carared. Remove dextrine and add dextrose. Make again.

  • 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.1 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Galaxy [14.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
