Description:

Sour, lemoanide taste. Kind of an unpleasant, sour, dank odor. after a month. I'll give it a couple of more months. After 10 months, this beer is amazing! Great lemony taste. Perfect in fact. Don't change a thing.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs 8.0 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs - White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Fuggles [4.2%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - German Lager (White Labs #WLP830) (Yeast)
  • 0.5 oz - Citra [12.0%] - Dry Hop 0 days (Hops)
