Beer Style: Irish Red Ale
(9D)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5 US gallons
Good Irish Red Ale. I'd take the Meladnoiden malt down to a pund and mash at a lower temperature. A little too sweet. To be true to style, I should have bumped up the roasted malt to 4 oz. and the last hop addition should have been at 20 min.
