Description:

This is a pretty good beer. Good hop profile. I 'd back off on the melanoiden malt to about half pd. instead of a full pound. Pleasantly bitter but not overwhelming. Much darker than anticipated. More of a red ale. Make again.

  • 1.0 oz - Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Amarillo Gold [10.4%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Citra [13.4%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [10.4%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Citra [13.4%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
