Beer Style: Blonde Ale

A little thin. Slight chocolate taste. Low to medium hop bitterness and flavor. Easy drinking though and kind of tasty. Pehaps the Burton ale pulled out all the hop bitterness and the warm fermentation didn't help. I actually like drinking this with perhaps a touch of carapils, and little more sweetness (mash 2 degrees higher) and a tiny little more bitterness, pretty damn good!
