Description:

Malty, caramel sweet and a huge amount of hop flavor. Much from the Nelson addition at the end. Good beer and people seem to like it a lot. Drop the carapils and melanoiden and balance the caravienne and caramunichs. Stagger hops at 20, 10, and 0 minutes.
