Description:

Tasted 7/16. Great nose of plum and spice. Very distictive Belgain fruit flavors but the hops give it a nice dryness. Slighty alcohalic backround but not overpowring.

  • 22 lbs 1.4 oz - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4 lbs 5.6 oz - Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 2.8 oz - Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 1.5 oz - Candi Sugar, Clear (0.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.1 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.1 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 2.1 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 2 pkgs - Trappist Ale (White Labs #WLP500) (Yeast)
