After racking from primary, it's quite pungent and young, but seems to have great potiential. After a year in tertiary it's mellowed out perfectly. One of the best barely wines I've ever made.

  • 2 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 4.0 oz - Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Pilsner (2 Row) UK (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Nugget [13.0%] - Boil 8 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.0%] - Boil 2 min (Hops)
