Did a side by side with mirror pond, Color/taste/ all too similar. A great drinking beer. I hung a 1/2 0z Falconer flight in the keg during chilling and carbing.

  • 1 lbs 0.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Zythos [10.9%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 1 min (Hops)
