  • 8.0 oz - Caramunich II (46.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertau Hallertauer [4.1%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.50 tsp - Yeast Nutrient (Boil 10 min) (Misc)

I am not really a fan of Oktoberfests / Maerzen / Vienna Lager as I tend to prefer more hoppier beers and weizenbiers. I did this as a seasonal in time for Oktoberfest to try a new style. It came our great for the style. Malty with a slight hop presence.
