I brewed this to test DMS removal of a my new brew setup. I did not expect to be impressed but I was very impressed. A pilsner with a little bite is now one of my new favs. I will brew this again. Note, I couldn't get Wyeast 2001 and used 2124. Also, though not intended I ended up with the end of the fermentation happening at higher temps (my fridge died).

I made this beer a couple of months ago and opened one up this weekend. It’s a great beer and will definitely make in the future!

It’s been two weeks since I bottled the beer, I drank a couple last night and it is just a nice, smooth, and tasty beer! I will definitely make this again!

My first attempt at a lager. This turned out great. I have another batch of this in secondary because I liked it so much.
