Came in low on gravitydue to thermometer fault. Compared to an Anchor Steam side by side. Color was very close (mine slightly darker and redder tint). Mine was hoppier, probably due to lower malt character by ineffective mashing. Still very drinkable and I actually preferred it over the anchor steam becaue teh anchor steam had an "old yeasty aroma" and lacked some hop presence. Will try this again with multiple thermometers.
